The Phi Delta Theta Fraternity was founded in 1848 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. The Wisconsin Beta Chapter dates back to 1859. We are the oldest Greek Chapter at Lawrence University and the eighth oldest living Phi Delt chapter in the world. Uniquely, our copy of the Bond is signed by fraternity founder Robert Morison. Although we owned a house before the Second World War, today we occupy a house provided by the University. Our actives lead the entire gamut of activities offered at Lawrence from Chess Club to the Football team to the Lawrentian, our school newspaper. Continue >
