Mission Statement:

The purpose of the Vegetarian/Vegan club is to promote campus awareness and understanding of the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle for moral, environmental, ethical, and health reasons. We attempt to advocate for the welfare of non-human animals through outreach, active campaigning, and education.

One of our main issues involves farmed animals and the promotion of a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle to help reduce their suffering. Another main issue involves the long-term environmental benefits that can arise with more and more people adopting a vegetarian/vegan diet.
