Old Business

Elections for committee chairs- we voted to hold them at the end of the meeting

New Business

Lambda Sigma will be helping with New Student Week, probably starting on Tuesday, September 14th.  The new students will arrive on the 17th.

Anyone interested in helping with the play that will be performed during New Student Week should talk to Michelle ASAP.  The play is about sexual assult and will be performed twice.

Michelle will send out more info about New Student Week soon.

Plan on going to Bjorklunden around the first or second week of the term next fall.  The old Lambda Sigma members are planning to come, too.

We need ideas for t-shirt logos.  If you have any ideas, talk to or e-mail Michelle or Megan Olson.  We won't have the shirts by the end of the year, but wešll have them before New Student Week.

Tim has our Lambda Sigma website almost ready to access.

The next meeting is on Sunday, June 6 at 7PM in the Sage lounge.  If you can't make it, talk to Michelle or Megan beforehand.

Nominees for faculty/staff advisors:
Mr. Spurgin
Ms. Hemwall
Erika Lindwall
Mr. Biringer
Ms. Wall
Timothy Gibson

We decided to have the nominators talk to the faculty/staff member who they nominated.  If the nominee accepts the nomination, then the nominators should prepare something to say about him/her at the next meeting when we vote on the advisors.

Finally, after the meeting we filled out a sheet in which we gave our preferences for committees, summer addresses, etc.  If you did not fill out a sheet, talk to Michelle to get one.

Remember the meeting in 2 weeks!!
