Lambda Sigma Improvement Committee Meeting

Absent:  Beth Achille, Daniel Hurley, David Scott

President¹s Report:
-everyone should read the e-mail that Michelle sent out earlier today
-remember to meet on Friday at 6PM in the coffeehouse to set up for the dance

Vice President¹s Report:
-the Lambda Sigma web site has the treasurer¹s report, which includes a
spreadsheet and a written report.  Minutes from the meetings are also posted
on the web site.

Social:
-in the process of selecting a meeting time
-possibly planning an activity for during the dance set-up

Service:
-no new business

Fundraising:
-plans to meet every other Tuesday night in the coffeehouse

Standards:
-planning to meet to form an attendance policy

Spring Break:
-in the process of looking for somewhere to go

Historian:
-has taken a lot of pictures

Publicity:
-will need help this week putting up posters advertising homecoming
activities-check your e-mail throughout the week for further information

Selection:
-no new business

New Business
-anyone can attend any of the committee meetings
-give any CDs that you would like played at the dance to Amanda (418 Sage) by
Tuesday.  Be sure to write your name on the cases.
