Secretary¹s Report
-attendance

Treasurer¹s Report
-$552.47, does not include all expenses

Donut, muffin, bagel sale report:
-sold half of what was ordered
-sold left overs on Saturday
-probably broke even
-suggestions for future sales:
-sell beverages
-take orders from the campus offices and deliver to them
-change balance of food ordered
-at the next large group meeting we will decide if we will continue the sales
-before the next large group meeting fundraising committee members will
contact campus offices to see if there is interest in in placing orders

Attendance Policy
-we revised the proposed policy and will submit it to the large group at the
next meeting

We will be going to Bjorklunden on the weekend of January 21-23


New Business
President¹s Report
-suggested to begin meetings with ice-breakers
-will work with Social Committee to plan something
-suggested having a monthly group social event
-Michelle will contact each committee with suggestions from the national
conference she attended

Vice-President¹s Report
-will make changes on the web page

Publicity
-will improve publicity for any future donut sales

Fundraising
-meeting Tuesday, October 19
-will assign committee members to contact campus offices for the donut sale

Service
-Faculty Babysitting Friday, October 22, 4:30-6:30PM, Rec Center
-Boys and Girls Club Halloween Party, Friday, October 29, 4-7PM
-PALS dinner, Wednesday, October 27, 5:30-7:30PM
-Children¹s Museum Halloween Programs, and day during October 21-23 or 28-30
from 5-8PM
-Contact Megan C. for further information about volunteer opportunities

Spring Break
-will open search up to the large group
-Jenni will talk to Habitat for Humanity to see if a joint trip could be
arranged

Historian
-no new business

Social
-no set meeting time
-will probably be Mondays at 8 or 9PM
-has a lot of ideas for activities
