Publicity, Social, Standards
-no new business

Fundraising
-made $176 at the pizza sale
-next pizza sale is this Sunday, March 12
-planning to buy coolers instead of using Downer¹s

Selection
-Info sessions for the freshmen will be on March 30 and April 2 at 8PM in Ormsby.  Everyone is expected to attend.
-Joint group service project will probably be after third week of term 3
-The timeline for the selection process is as follows
-April 7- Applications due
-April 16, 17, 18, 19, 3-10PM on Sunday and 5-10PM weekdays- interviews
-April 23- faculty recommendations due

Service
-Faculty babysitting- March 17, 3:45-6PM
-Childcare at the Harbor House- March 8, 5:45-8:15PM
-E-mail service hours to Megan C. before Friday, March 17.

Treasurer¹s Report
-We have $1,821.53

Sophomore Class Party
-Lambda Sigma will help with publicity
-The party is scheduled for Friday, April 7

We re-signed up for committees to even out the number of people on each. Contact Michelle if you need to sign up.

Voted Tim and Alicia as the Lambs of the Week.

Voted to pay $50 toward each of Daniel¹s, David¹s, and Catherine¹s service spring break trips.

The executive committee came up with the following expectations/suggestions for the committees:

Publicity
-group posters together by location before people pick them up
-make new signs for advertising, more color
-put ads in the Lawrentian, This Week, and on the radio

Fundraising
-coordinate Celebrate
-have 2-3 pizza sales
-have 1 donut sale

Selection
-keep on schedule
-move initiation to April 30?

Service
-plan a project to do with the freshmen

Social
-plan 5 or more activities (dinner at Downer, games etc.)
-Birthday party
-Baskin and Robbins
-Committee heads-let Tim know when your committee plans to meet
