Lambda Sigma Meeting

November 8th

• Meeting started at 8:15 p.m

• Emily said Bjorklunden was AMAZING! (And you had a lot of fun playing the Buggy-up game!)

• I know only the people who weren’t at Bjorklunden were at the meeting, so I just want to recap for EVERYONE what was accomplished on the trip.

• Project Proposals:

Term 1: Caroling, food collection, toys 4 tots, UNICEF boxes, holiday cards, holiday party, newspaper collection

Term 2: caroling, Heifer project, care packages, cell phone drive, penny drive, working with a business(such as baskin robbins)

Term 3: Shack-a-thon, Date-a-dork, selection initiation, Lambda Sigma Service project with neophytes, relay 4 life, plant a tree and clean a park

• Goals

• Ongoing projects from term to term

• To have fun!!!

• Everyone complete required service hours

• Group participation/attendance

• Don’t Steal Boyfriends!!!!

• Enthusiasm and respect for each other

• more food at the meetings (especially cheese)

• activities @ meetings

• More people talking other than Emily at meetings

• Implement the things that we talked about!

• After that we just looked at the by-laws and had a couple of ideas for service projects to bring to the group at next weeks meeting!
