Lambda Sigma Meeting Minutes: 11/29/04

• It’s the last meeting of the term 

• No meeting next week but we ARE meeting the first week of next term…location TBA

• No lamb of the week this week, but there will be one next meeting

Committee Reports

Standards

• Service hours are going well; there are only a few people who don’t have any. TURN THEM IN!!!!

Publicity

• T-shirt order hasn’t happened yet; Mandy will take care of it at home over break

• Publicity will make clothing drive posters

Service

• We have a clothing drive box at Dana’s house!! (it’s real big)

• Service committee meeting; members should bring all the stuff for the clothing drive (i.e. box, etc.)

• Kelsey has a meeting with the school program rep. tomorrow

• UNICEF boxes are due by Friday and the hours will be recorded and given to Bethloy. However, you have to turn in hours for tabling and caroling yourselves

• When tabling, we will have info about the caroling, tree decorating, and goodwill drop box

Social

• Tree decorating is still happening on Wednesday in Riverview from 8-10:30

• TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!

• Some slots are still open for shifts

• Michelle is going on a materials run on Wed. at 11:15 am…if you want to go, meet her in the Kohler lot

• The meeting ended at approximately 8:30 pm

• GOOD LUCK ON FINALS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!! (and have an awesome break)
