Name Game: We played a name game where each person went around the room and said their name and an animal that was significant to them. Whoever
could remember everyone's name and animal won a prize. The winners were KT Raschko and Mary Murray.
T-Shirt Design: Mary Murray showed her idea for a t-shirt design and everyone agreed on it. On the front of the shirt will be a building
with pillars and the back will say "We've Got Pillars" with a list of the four pillars and our names below. The shirts will be yellow
t-shirts with blue print.
New Student Week: Mortar Board asked if they could help us during New Student Week and their help will be greatly appreciated. We also need
to plan on being back at Lawrence by Sunday, September 16, 2001.
Attendance Policy: We will be accepting the attendance policy of last year's group. This means that 3 excused absences and 1 unexcused
absence is allowed per term. To be excused for a meeting, you need to contact me by 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting.
Service Hours: Everyone will need to have 10 service hours per term. Everyone thought this was a good idea because it approximates to 1 hour
per week and most volunteer activities are several hours. We can obtain service hours through our own personal work as well as through group
volunteer activities. Because of all of the work we will be doing during New Student Week, 5 hours of service during that week counts
towards 1 hour of service for our 10 hours. We can get up to 5 hours of service during New Student Week (which calculates out to 25 hours of
total service).
Next Week's Meeting: Monday, June 4, at 8:00 pm in the Sage Lounge. We are planning to stick with 8:00 pm on Mondays for out meetings next
year.

After the meeting, all of the officers and committee chairs met to plan a time to have executive board meetings for next year. The decision was
to have the meetings at Downer for dinner at 5:15 every other Thursday. All members of Lambda Sigma are welcome to come. It's a time for the
officers and chairs to get together and talk about how things are going for the group overall.
