Lambda Sigma Meeting Minutes for June 4, 2001

Call to order: 8:00 pm

Excused: Ellie Boucher, Carrie Brown, Kwame Buah, KT Raschko

Absent: Amy Briggs, Elizabeth Florek, Pauline Shoemaker, Jen Tokarski

New Student Week: Paul Shrode came and spoke to us about what we will be doing during New Student Week. Because the football game that

weekend is at St. Norberts, the freshmen will be bussed there for the game and tailgater. Anyone who is a designated driver (meaning they

have received no moving violations in the past five years) can pick up students arriving at the airport or can give van rides to the mall. We

should plan on coming a few days early (preferably Sunday, Sept. 16). If you were not at the meeting, please call Linda to let her know when

you will be coming back. Our meals will be covered during New Student Week.

Wenjie handed out two packets, one with our summer email addresses and the other with the committee breakdown. If you were not at the meeting,

please contact Wenjie to get these packets.

Alison asked if anyone had ideas for the website. She will most likely be working on it over the summer.
