Lambda Sigma Meeting Minutes

SHACK-A-THON

John and Wenjie received donations for shack-a-thon, totally $150.

The design crew came up with an A-frame design for the shack.

We will need:

- nails

- hammers

- paint

- brushes

- tarps

- plywood

Wenjie is going to get four white pillars to put outside the shack.

We also get two doors.

We spent some time brainstorming ideas for the shack.

Elizabeth Florek did a Cancer Run this past weekend and raised $1527.

Awesome job Elizabeth!

The Honors Convocation is next Tuesday and we need people to usher.

People are also needed for faculty babysitting next Friday.

We will be having a social activity, probably a cook-out on the night of

Memorial Day, about at the same time our meetings usually are. So the

next meeting will probably be our last meeting and everyone should come!

At the next meeting we need to discuss how much money we should donate

to ABC.

The last Krispy Kreme sale raised about $400, so we made about $1000

between the two sales!!

Courtney went to the after-school program on Monday, and no one showed

up to help her. This should not happen! Please contact Courtney if you

are unsure of what dates you signed up for to help with the kids.

Chris C. will get a thank-you card to the church for letting us hold the

after-school program.

The next meeting will be May 20 at 8 pm in Sage Lounge. The new LS

group will be meeting at the same time in Sage basement.
