Lambda Sigma Meeting Minutes

January 28, 2002

ABC Phone-A-Thon

Professor Jim Dana and Earl came and spoke to us about being volunteers

and what will be expected of us. Packets were handed out, so if you

were not at the meeting, contact Alison to get the info.

Parkview Health Center

We decided to set up a partnership with Parkview Health Center. We

decided to alternate going on Mondays and Wednesdays of each week from

6:30 - 7:30 pm.

Reminder that there is babysitting for faculty this Friday for those who

signed up to help.

The info sessions for next year's applicants will be on March 11, March

12, and April 2.

Amy Briggs will now be our new service chair as Erin Karner has resigned

from the position. Courtney Doucette will be the new outreach chair.

Thank you!!

Poonam is Lamb of the Week for all of her hard work setting up the food

sale during trivia weekend. Thanks Poonam!!

Mary thanked everyone who signed up to help with the selection process

and will be sending out emails to everyone shortly about what specific

jobs people will have.

The next meeting will be on February 4 at 8 pm in the Sage Lounge.
