Lambda Sigma Meeting Minutes

KRISPY KREME SALE

-A sign-up sheet went around for people who will be able to help deliver

the krispy kremes on Thursday, March 7, 11-1.

-The donuts will be delivered to the front desk of each dorm and people

will get a slip that says they have received a package.

-If you sold donuts to faculty, YOU are responsible for delivering their

donuts to them.

-People who live in small houses or fraternities will pick up their

donuts at Raymond house.

SELECTION COMMITTEE

-Mary presented a rough draft of the letter that will be going out to

freshmen at the end of the week.

-The Information Sessions for freshmen will be on March 11, March 14,

and April 2. Mary will be reserving the Ormsby lounge.

-It would be good to get as many LS members at each info session as

possible. This will help the freshmen to get a better sense of our

group.

-One person will talk about each pillar. (Volunteers will be needed for

this)

-Another idea was to have each member at the info session talk about one

thing they got out of lambda sigma.

-Be honest.

-Wear LS t-shirts.

-Publicity needs to start making signs.

FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE

We decided to not have another pizza sale at the end of this term.

There were too many conflicts with times and other events.

Housing Partnership: Painting

Saturday, March 2, 12-4 pm. (Meet in Colman Lounge at 11:45)

If you are interested in painting, please contact Donna. (It could help

fulfill service hours.)
