Minutes of Chapter Meeting on February 3rd, 2003.

VP: Feb. 19 is the date for our composite pics.This year we are requiring shirts, ties and sportcoats. Anything else goes.

Treasurer: Pay your dues.  Pledges, get your $67 in to me asap.

IFC: Philanthropy events with Beta/Adopt-a-Highway in the possible future.

Academic: Feb. 25th is Academic dinner.  Get those invitations to your profs.

Ritual: Flag and badge is 3:30 Sunday right after Pledge ed.

Alumni: Email is in the works; Alumni business meeting in the near future.

Pledge Educator: Pledges need to come to meetings, 3 pm Sundays.

Historian: The mail room is always a mess after the weekend, needs to stop. Pictures for the yearbook are in.

Old Business: Nominations for non-exec board positions are done, elections will be held next Monday, February 10th.

New Business: There is a leak in active room ceiling so don't use the bathtub in Phelps' bathroom. Trip to Columbus this weekend for the Northern Division Conference.
