Practice Waiver: Each team member needs to turn in one at the beginning of each school year before we can practice on the water.

Regatta Waiver: Each team member needs to turn in one of these before each regatta to be eligible to compete under Lawrence University rules. The race site may also require us to complete separate waivers for them.

Non-Student Waiver: Must be completed by all non-Lawrence students participating in an event hosted by Lawrence University

Each waiver must be filled out completely INCLUDING INSURANCE INFORMATION. Any participants under the age of 18 must have waivers signed by a parent or legal guardian.
