    Lawrence's Sustainability CA's are tabling for their larger "Get RCT'D" event the following night. We will be giving a preview of our gameshow by giving students an item to either Recycle, Compost, Trash, or Donate. Our table will serve to advertise our larger event and also give a taste of the event to come.

    Join Amy Gruen in a joyful practice of spinal waves, intentional transitions, and mindful alignments. TriYoga is a lineage of yoga synthesizing posture, breath, and focus. It pays close attention to alignments and to transitions between poses. TriYoga's guiding principles are: Relaxation in Action, Steady and Even Pacing, Economy of Movement, and Extending in All Directions. Props are used to deepen the practice, and all are invited, regardless of physical ability. This event enhances spiritual and religious life.
