On-campus residence halls offer an exceptional value
Two tiers of on-campus housing are available during the conference. All on-campus housing options include meals.
- Standard (No Air-Conditioning; shared bathroom on each floor; includes meals)
- Premium (Air-Conditioning; private or semi-private bathroom; large windows overlook the Fox River; includes meals)
Residence halls are conveniently located within one to three blocks of all IDRS conference events. Common areas in each residence hall are equipped with televisions, vending machines, refrigerators and laundry facilities.
Rooms are furnished with extra-long twin mattresses. Guests will receive a linen packet which will include a pillow, blanket, top and bottom sheet, pillowcase, two towels, one washcloth, one plastic cup and a bar of soap. Beds are not made.
Additional amenities include complimentary guest wireless and access to the university health & wellness center and pool for conference attendees staying on campus.
Bon Appétit, known for its culinary expertise and commitment to socially responsible practices, offers extraordinary through-the-line “all you can eat” dining service in the Warch Campus Center cafeteria. Meals will include dinner the day of arrival, breakfast, lunch and dinner each full day in residence, and breakfast on the day of departure. All food is freshly prepared and made from scratch.
