“The summer seminars and the people who attend them are fascinating. This year we were privileged to be in ‘conversation’ with over 35 participants in Terry Moran’s class on ‘Running for Office.’ It was an interesting, non-emotional political discussion that centered on Mr. Moran’s experience as a political journalist and anchor of ABC’s ‘Nightline.’ During the same week, David Maraniss, author of the book ‘Barack Obama: The Story,’ and the playwright, Eric Simonson, were also leading a class. One amazing morning during our week, the two classes combined and we heard a panel discussion by David, Terry, an Eric about President Obama and the presidential campaign. It was better than a TV show!”
