Piano Odyssey day camp is for the motivated student of piano who wishes to explore the instrument in greater depth. Classes are taught by skilled teachers in a setting designed to foster self-confidence, creativity and understanding of the piano.

Daily session include music theory and duet practice. Many other specialized sessions occur during the week and include improvisation, stage presence and more! Students are grouped according to age for most activities. The theme this year is the four elements: earth, air, fire, and water. Repertoire will be based on this theme. 

Lunch will be provided at the Warch Campus Center. Each day includes swimming or other recreational activities at the Buchanan Kiewit Wellness Center

A free, final recital presented on Friday is open to all families. 

Eligibility

  • Open to students ages 8-16 who have studied piano for at least two years
