Events will be publicized in the online Lawrence University Calendar. The office of Communications and Marketing enters information in the web calendar upon receipt of the calendar/room reservation form or when contacted by email. No event will be publicized unless the listing is received in writing.
Campus events that are added to the university calendar at least six weeks in advance may be included in the bimonthly Events publication that is disseminated off campus.
At the discretion of the office of Communications, these events may also appear in the weekly What's on at Lawrence press release to the Post-Crescent.
