This exhibition presents highlights from Lawrence University's permanent collection by combining recent gifts with old favorites. Thematic groupings demonstrate how objects from diverse historical periods, and in various media and styles, can exhibit similar characteristics. The exhibition features work ranging from American Primitive portraits to Nigerian sculpture with an emphasis on contemporary prints.
