Jeff Bowen is a writer whose articles on business, urban planning, and environmental issues have appeared in a variety of magazines and journals. He also arbitrates investment, legal, and taxation disputes; manages an investment portfolio that includes three investment partnerships; consults on business management; and teaches at Regis University in Denver.
