If you are having trouble watching the videos for the Sustainable Lawrence Student Video Competition, we sincerely apologize. We have made our best efforts to ensure that the videos are playable on a wide range of computer systems, but a number of factors could still cause problems.

Common Problems

Adobe Flash plugin is not installed.
- The Adobe Flash plugin version 9 or higher is required to view the videos. Get Adobe Flash.

Your web browser or operating system is outdated or unsupported.
- Supported browsers include Firefox 2.0 or higher, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, and Safari 2.0 and higher.
- Supported operating systems include Mac OS X 10.3 and higher, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000

- Are you using a Mac (manufactured by Apple Computer) or a PC (anything else)?
- What operating system are you running? (Examples include Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Mac OS X)
- Do you connect to the internet with a dial-up modem, or do you have a 'broadband' connection (e.g. cable, DSL, or satellite)?
- What internet browser are you using? (Examples include Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari)
- Have you had luck watching videos in the past (such as at YouTube, the popular video site)?
