Citation and bibliographic management
- RefWorks, a web-based bibliographic citation manager provided by the library, helps with tracking research and drafting bibliographies for papers. Write-n-Cite, a program available from RefWorks, can be used to link RefWorks bibliographies with specific citations within a paper. Assistance may be required from the Information Technology Services helpdesk to install Write-n-Cite. The reference librarians can answer questions regarding the use of RefWorks and Write-n-Cite.

- Student Academic Services: provides academic counseling, academic skills development, services for students with disabilities, and advice on the Lawrence honor system. Serves as the umbrella for the Center for Teaching and Learning.
