What goes into the content of your annotations?
According to your syllabus:
- Briefly describe the content of the source. Is this a primary or secondary source?
- How credible is the information in the source and how did you gauge that credibility?
- If a secondary source, what sort of documentation is provided? Does the author make use of primary sources? What about secondary sources?
- What could you find out about the author?
- Toward what type of audience does the source seem to be geared? How do you know?
- How valuable/helpful would this source be for your paper? Please explain.
