Searching for language materials in LUCIA
To find library materials in a particular language, use the Advanced Search form. Type your search terms and select your preferred language from the pulldown language menu under "Limit the search."
Copies of language tapes
Your professor may assign audio cassette tapes for listening. You can get copies of these tapes for your own use. See the Media Services Policies and Procedures page for information.
Language tapes on reserve
Language listening tapes may be available at the Reserve Desk on the first floor of the library. Listening stations are available in Media Services.
Playing international videos and DVDs
Format incompatabilities mean not all videos can be played on every machine. See this page for more information.

Media Services can help make these broadcasts available for your class. The website includes schedules and links to country information. You may also register to watch live streaming video broadcasts.
