- Remember to list ALL required personal information including your full
name, your campus address, and your full Lawrence e-mail address.
- DON'T ABBREVIATE. If we don't know exactly what the title is, we won't be
able to order it. If you need help, ask a reference librarian.
- Include all of the volume, issue and date information, including ISSN
numbers for journals. Your request will be processed faster if you provide
complete and accurate information.
- List the source of your citation, if at all possible. That means,
list where you found the citation. If you found it on an online database,
list the database - such as WorldCat, MLA, etc. If you found it in a book,
list the title. If you found it on another library's online catalog - list
which library's catalog you found it in. This information can help us find
the item you're looking for.
