The Mudd Gallery is located on the third floor of the library. The gallery, a project of the Art Department, is open whenever the building is open. Stop by.
Artwork, mostly by Lawrence University students, is exhibited throughout the school year. Drawing, painting, photography, and sculpture have all been displayed here.
The first show, Inaugural Mudd, ran September 24 - October 22, 2004. The show included painting, prints, sculpture, and video art of national artists.
Stones in the Mudd, an exhibition by noted sculptor, John Palmquist, ran January 6-20, 2006.
