About the Collection

This collection contains images from books and other printed materials located in the Lawrence University Library special collections. These images were created to support the research of students and faculty. You will find that some of the images have abstracts located in the document descriptions that have been prepared by students during their research. You will also find historical documents and serializations of 19th century books. The works in this collection are in the public domain under United States copyright law.
