Double room wait
list: Roommate pairs who desire
a double room in a specific residence
and
did
not receive a double room in that specific residence in the lottery may register
with the Housing Coordinator. Roommate pairs who register with the Housing
Coordinator
after the end of an academic year will be placed at the bottom of the appropriate
class list in the order of which they register.
NOTE: Rooms designed for two students are considered doubles. This includes
double rooms in suites and quads in Hiett, Sage and 813 E. John.
Advance register and make sure your
account is current. You must complete advance registration, your
student account must be current (paid and up-to-date), and you must have
your signed Housing Contract in order to select a room during room selection
time.
Housing Contract Cancellation: Housing Contracts are cancelled when a student completes the process to withdraw from the university. This process originates with the Dean of Student Academic Services. Student Academic Services can be reached by telephone at ext.6530
