Colman Hall (1956), overlooking the tennis courts and Fox River, is a co-ed residence hall of 132 students. Additionally, Colman houses a campus commuter lounge, Lucinda's (a dining facility), and the Panhellenic Wing (sorority meeting rooms).
Colman is known for its thriving community, where students play piano in the lounge and foosball in the basement at all hours of the day and night. Colman Hall boasts a new tradition of "10 Minute Dance Parties", which take place in a new room every week.
Colman has a very relaxed atmosphere and it is not unusual for residents to go to breakfast at Lucinda's in pajamas and slippers.
