Programs and Services
- Student Group Advocacy - OMA assists student groups with leadership skills such as running a meeting, conflict resolution and planning campus events. The office also helps students learn to balance their academic and social lives.
- Multicultural Affairs Committee (MCAC) - The purpose of this council is to plan, coordinate and implement campus wide multicultural programs. It is composed of multicultural student group leaders, faculty/staff advisors, and other interested students.
- Information/Resource/Training - The office assists with information about multicultural scholarship/internship opportunities, serves as a resource to faculty and staff, assists with campus diversity training and houses a multicultural resource library..
- Coalition building - OMA works with a variety of community committees and organizations. These include: Towards Community: Unity Through Diversity, Appleton African American Advisory Committee, GLBT Youth Partnership, P-Flag, and more.
