Mission Statement
As educators, the members of the Student Affairs staff (Campus Life, Career Center, Dean of Students Office, Dining Services, International Student Services, Health and Counseling Services, Multicultural Affairs, Security, and Volunteer and Community Service Center) recognize and support the mission of Lawrence University and collaborate with other members of the Lawrence University community to achieve the university's purposes.
We promote student learning and facilitate students' personal development through programs and services. We act as catalysts in the creation of an environment that extends learning beyond the classroom, lab, or studio and encourages students' growth and well-being.
We do this to challenge and support students in their effort toward effective leadership, responsible citizenship, identity development, and personal success.
