Making An Appointment
What You Need to Know - Counseling Services is located
in the Landis Health and Counseling Center next to Colman Hall.
- Counseling appointments can be scheduled by calling Health and Counseling
Services (x6574) between 9:00 am and noon and between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm Monday
through Friday when school is in session.
- Counseling Services staff are not available during the month of July. You
may call the Dean of Student's Office at 920-832-6596 with questions or concerns.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate a request to see a counselor as soon as possible.
- There is no charge for using our services.
- If you cannot keep an appointment please notify us as soon as possible so other students may use the time.
Confidentiality - All interactions with Counseling Services are confidential. This includes who schedules and attends appointments, content of sessions, progress in counseling, and records.
- No record of counseling is contained in any academic, educational, or job placement file.
- You may request in writing that the counseling staff release specific information
about your counseling to persons you designate.
- Exceptions to confidentiality include danger of harm to self or others, physical or sexual abuse involving someone under age 18, or a court order.
After-Hours EmergenciesCall 9-911 immediately if a situation requires an emergency medical response.
