Some Comments:
- I really needed somebody to just listen to my awful day. It sounds trivial, but it's so important sometimes when you feel like a burden or a bore to your friends and don't want to worry your family.
- Thank you so much for allowing free access to counseling. It has helped me to not only get a better insight of how I feel, but my options and what I can do about those feelings. I feel like I continue to get more control over my thoughts and emotions and am becoming a better person.
- I am extremely thankful for the availability of free, high quality counseling for Lawrence students. I appreciate that Lawrence recognizes the importance of mental health as a part of it's development of students
- My session with the Counselor was really helpful in clearing my head and figure out what I wanted to improve on as a student in following terms.
- Talking to someone who knew what I was feeling helped me feel better, or at least to relieve stress.
- Understand where my stress comes from and how to work through it
