Recruiters are hired by companies to locate qualified candidates for specific jobs.

- Other materials as requested by the company and hiring organization.
What you will do:
- Interview recruiting agencies
- Who pays their fees?
- Are there other costs associated with this service?
- What is their placement rate?
- Do they typically work with entry-level job-seekers?
- Who are their prospective employers?
- What industries/fields/positions does this company typically recruit?
- Read the contract!!! Do not sign away 20% of your first year's salary. Remember that the
primary allegiance of the recruiter is to the organization paying their fees.
