Party Registration
ALL parties, with the exception of room parties, must be registered with the Dean of Students Office (LUCC Handbook pg. 88).
Forms may be obtained from the Campus Life Office in the Warch Campus Center, or online below:

Once a form has been completed, group leader(s) should schedule a brief meeting with staff in the Campus Life office to talk through party plans.

- Bring party publicity along with registration form to meeting with staff
Risk Management
Prior to an event, student organizations should create a well organized plan of action to ensure that guests and members have a safe and fun environment to enjoy. Some events will require more thought than others, but Campus Life resources and staff are available to assist with your questions and concerns on an event of any magnitude.
