This boy was abandoned by his mother as a baby on the street.  He was rescued by “Ma” (of the house for disabled kids). He is singing the song with all of his energy. Although he has a house to live in, his mental disability and the lack of resources to meet his basic needs do not allow him good health. There are some kids who need more assistance and medication than others, due to their severe pre-existing conditions. As a result of extreme poverty, many children die despite all the good intensions of “Ma".
