Six Lawrence University Faculty Cited by "Who's Who"   


APPLETON, WIS. -- Six members of the Lawrence University faculty have
been selected for inclusion in the fifth edition of "Who's Who Among
America's Teachers, 1998."

Cited for excellence in the classroom are William Chaney, professor of
history, David Cook, professor of physics, Geoffrey Gajewski, director of
the writing lab and academic support, Nicholas Maravolo, professor of
biology, Kathleen Murray, associate professor of music, and Nancy Wall,
assistant professor of biology.

Teachers are selected for the "Who's Who" edition by former students.
