Lawrence University Administrator Named Chair of National Organization 


	APPLETON, WIS.  Paul Shrode, associate dean of students for activities
at Lawrence University, has been named chair of the board of directors for the
National Association for Campus Activities.  He will serve as chair until April
30, 1998.

	Based in Columbia, S.C., the NACA is an organization of 1,400 colleges
and universities and 600 associations representing entertainers and service
providers of the campus activities marketplace.  Shrode has worked in the
Lawrence student affairs office since 1982.
