Central Services

Central services is located on the lower level of Brokaw Hall and offers copying, offset printing, and mailing services to the Lawrence community. The hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Personal photocopies cost 5 cents each, payable at time of service. Other services are figured on time and materials.
• Meter outgoing business mail:
  • Letters
  • Flats
  • Packages under 15 pounds
• Weigh personal mail:
  • Suggest purchasing postage from Info Desk at the Union
  • Offer UPS package handling
• Bulk mailing service:
  • All qualifying non profit mailings of 200 pieces or more are considred bulk mail.
  • We will tab a folded piece, address, sort and tray mail for U.S. mail.
  • We will fold and insert letters, brochures, and return envelopes
