Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis -- top priority, however, is given to visitors who have a host department. Reservations for private stays (i.e., alumni, parents, etc.) are not accepted more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival. All sleeping rooms rent for $45 per night, per room. Payment may be left in a the key drop box located in the hallway of the Guest House or made at the physical plant office. Please make checks payable to Lawrence University for the total amount. If you must leave cash, please notify the physical plant office prior to departure (ext. 6601).
