Faculty, staff, and students may create personal websites on the Lawrence network. See the personal website information page for setup instructions, guidelines, and requirements. NOTE: Read this page before creating any site on the Lawrence network.
While creating your personal website, you may wish to take advantage of some of the resources below, as well as some of the resource links we provide. You should also read the Recommended Guidelines page.
LU Site Resources (faculty, staff)
These are tools, guidelines, and examples, for use by our web maintainers.

You will need to log in from a computer within our campus network (or connected

- Site Template Documentation
- Almost every page on our website is in some form of the LU template. This documentation will help with creating new pages and maintaining ones already live on the web.
- Tools
- If you're managing a site on lawrence.edu, you may find many of our tools useful. Some examples include: using data more effectively and easily, adding neat effects to pages, and systems for managing information like news and events.
- Data Pulls
- If you're displaying any university data (course descriptions or schedules, staff information, addresses, contacts, etc.) we might have a "pull" already made for you. By using a pull, you do not need to re-enter any information, and the content of your website is automatically kept up-to-date with any changes made to the underlying information.
- Recommended Guidelines
