Information Technology Services will provide limited shared directory space for student organizations on Lawrence's centrally maintained network system. To request creation of a shared directory or modification to an existing shared directory complete a Student Organization Shared Directory application. This form can be found under Organizations on the Information Technology Services Web site. Before space is setup, approval from Campus Activities and Information Technology Services must be granted.
The organization’s space will be setup with complete access (no restrictions) granted to each member of the organization.
Information Technology Services reserves the right to establish the naming scheme for the sub-groups and the folder names. The department level shareable folder will reside at the top level of the departmental share, where individual user’s folders reside as well. This folder will universally be named "share". Any folders created for use by sub-groups will be created within this folder.
