
ITS supports the information technology needs of students, faculty, and staff in their learning, teaching, and administrative activities at the college. We want to do the best job we can in providing that support, and we welcome all feedback that will help us help you.
Our annual customer satisfaction survey is one way you can give us your feedback. We conducted our first such survey on-line for two weeks in late March and early April of 2007.
We learned that overall satisfaction with Lawrence ITS is high and that we are satisfying our customers in many important areas. We still have room for improvement in others, of course, and we are committed to addressing those concerns as quickly and completely we can. All this is covered more fully in the reports linked below.
