Hiring students
Supervisors should contact payroll by e-mail with information about students they will hire.
Supervisors can fill out an electronic form, which will prompt them for hiring information.
Supervisors who will hire many students might choose instead to write an email to payroll@lawrence.edu, providing the following information:
- Student name and ID
- Job number and rate of pay
- Department financial organization number
- Name of person who will approve the time sheet
