WELCOME TO OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open Enrollment for Lawrence University employees and retirees will be held May 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012. The 2012 Open Enrollment period is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll, make changes, or terminate coverage without a qualifying event.
Please use this website and the Open Enrollment period to review benefits and make changes, if you choose to do so. To help you select the right benefit plan(s) and coverage for you and your family, please take time to listen to the 2012-13 Open Enrollment Benefit presentation below along with the additional informational resources and enrollment/change forms. You will be required to login (case sensitive) to view the open enrollment presentation.
It is important to note that all Open Enrollment forms are due by Thursday, May 31, 2012. Forms received after this due date will not be accepted. All changes or elections will be effective July 1, 2012.
If you are satisfied with your current coverage and do not need to make any changes for 2012, you do not need to take any action during Open Enrollment. Employees, however, should note that if you wish to participate in a Flexible Spending Account, you must enroll or re-enroll for 2012-13 plan year.
