Employees and keys
Employees who need keys to Lawrence University offices and buildings should do the following:
- Complete the Faculty/Staff Key Authorization Form, available from the person authorizing the key request.
- Have their department chair or administrator sign the form.
- Submit the form to the locksmith in Physical Plant.
- Upon notification from the locksmith that the key is ready, pick up the key at the cashier's window at Brokaw Hall (2nd floor). The cashier's window is open from 9 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays (except holidays).

Employees who lose a Lawrence University office/building key should do the following:
- Complete the Faculty/Staff Key Authorization Form. Indicate on the form that the key was lost.
- Have your department chair or administrator sign the form.
- Submit the form to the locksmith, whose office is in the lower level of Brokaw.
- Upon notification from the locksmith that the key is ready, pick up the key at the cashier's window at Brokaw Hall (2nd floor). The cashier's window is open from 9 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays (except holidays).
