Employees who need keys to Lawrence University offices and buildings should do the following:
- Complete the Faculty/Staff Key Authorization Form, available from the person authorizing the key request.
- Have their department chair or administrator sign the form.
- Submit the form to the locksmith, whose office is in the lower level of Brokaw.
- Upon notification from the locksmith that the key is ready, pick up the key at the cashier's window at Brokaw Hall (1st floor). The cashier's window is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays (except holidays).

Lost keys
Employees who lose a Lawrence University office/building key should do the following:
