The Federal Processor selects 30% of FAFSA applicants for review in a process called verification. If you have been selected for verification, you must submit the following documents to the LU Office of Financial Aid:
- 2008-09 Federal Dependent Verification Worksheet
- Signed, non-returnable copies of 2007 Parent Tax Forms and W-2's
- Signed, non-returnable copies of 2007 Student Tax Forms
If you are considered Independent for Financial Aid and you were not required to report parental information on the FAFSA, you must submit the following documents:
- 2008-09 Federal Independent Verification Worksheet
- Signed, non-returnable copies of 2007 Student and Spouse (if applicable) Tax Forms and W-2's
The LU Office of Financial Aid will be unable to process a financial aid award for you until these documents have been received. Documents can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to:
