The Federal Processor selects 30% of FAFSA applicants for review in a process called Verification. If your FAFSA was selected for Verification, you must submit the following documents to the Office of Financial Aid:
- Dependent Verification Worksheet
- Signed copy of 2010 Parent Federal Tax Return
- 2010 Parent W-2 Form(s)
- Signed copy of 2010 Student Federal Tax Return
- 2010 Student W-2 Form(s)
If you are considered Independent for financial aid and you were not required to report parental information on the FAFSA, you must submit the following documents:
- Independent Verification Worksheet
- Signed copy of your 2010 Federal Tax Return
- 2010 W-2 Form(s)
The Office of Financial Aid will be unable to process a financial aid package for you until these documents have been received. Documents can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to:
