The Federal Processor selects 30% of FAFSA applicants for review in a process called Verification. If your FAFSA was selected for Verification, you must submit the following documents to the Office of Financial Aid:

  • Dependent Verification Worksheet
  • Signed copy of 2010 Parent Federal Tax Return
  • 2010 Parent W-2 Form(s)
  • Signed copy of 2010 Student Federal Tax Return
  • 2010 Student W-2 Form(s)

If you are considered Independent for financial aid and you were not required to report parental information on the FAFSA, you must submit the following documents:

The Office of Financial Aid will be unable to process a financial aid package for you until these documents have been received.  Documents can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to:
