Howard Niblock

Howard Niblock, Professor of Music, is the winner of the 2002-2003 Freshman Studies Teaching Award.

From the citation: "Howard Niblock, professor of music, who hasprovided impartial leadership to the Freshman Studies program in his role as teacher and as program director; he has played a crucial role in representing the conservatory in the program."
